The company established a specialized factory for the production of industrial oils and motor oils, built on an area of 7,500 square meters in Erbil Governorate – Timar Industrial Zone. The facility is equipped with the latest high-capacity production lines, with a production capacity of up to 60,000 liters per day. The factory also includes modern storage tanks dedicated to base oils, with a total capacity of up to 1,000 tons, which helps ensure continuous production and uninterrupted market supply.
Since the factory’s inception, Samadar Company has been keen on forming strategic partnerships with leading European suppliers of raw materials. Base oils and additives are imported from Germany, France, and Belgium, in accordance with the highest international standards of quality and safety. Production operations are carried out under specialized technical supervision and use laboratories equipped with the latest devices for chemical and physical testing and analysis, ensuring that the final products meet approved technical standards.
As part of its ongoing commitment to improving product quality, the company enhances its scientific cooperation with the College of Science at Salahaddin University by conducting periodic testing and implementing joint research programs aimed at developing formulations and improving performance in accordance with local climate conditions and the types of fuel used in Iraq.
